If your loved one has passed away at home, contact their GP or the out-of-hours doctor, who will confirm the death. You can then call us and we’ll make all the necessary arrangements to bring your loved one into our care. If the death occurs in a hospital or care home, staff will guide you through the first steps and contact us on your behalf if you wish.
A death must be registered within five days (in England and Wales). This can usually be done at your local Register Office. You’ll need to take the medical certificate issued by the doctor. We can guide you through this process and explain which documents you’ll receive, including the death certificate and the burial or cremation form.
After the funeral, we’re still here for you. We can help with arranging memorials, thank-you notices, or the return or scattering of ashes. We can also connect you with local bereavement support services or offer advice on managing practical matters such as estates and documentation.
Yes, we believe every funeral should be as unique as the life it celebrates. You can choose music, readings, personal touches, and even the type of transport or flowers. We’ll guide you through each decision and ensure everything reflects your wishes.
We provide a range of environmentally conscious choices, including wicker and cardboard coffins, natural burials, and biodegradable urns. Our team will be happy to discuss the most suitable options for your preferences.
We offer clear and transparent pricing. Costs vary depending on your choices, such as burial or cremation, coffin type, and additional services. We’ll provide a full estimate before any arrangements are confirmed so you can make informed decisions with confidence.
Yes, our Pre-Paid Funeral Plans allow you to plan and pay for your funeral in advance, securing today’s prices and easing the burden on your family in the future. We can talk you through the different plans and what each includes.
Grief doesn’t end on the day of the service. We’re always available if you need to talk or need practical help. We can recommend trusted bereavement support organisations, counsellors, and local groups to help you through this time.
